Walnut & Rosemary Bread
I love both practical and delicious recipes. This bred is delicious by itself but you can also eat it with many other foods and especially with cheese. Nothing is better than the smell of a newly baked bread coming out of the oven.
Ingredients
- 225 gr whole grain flour
- 225 gr flour
- 350 gr lukewarm water
- 1/2 glass yoghurt
- 1 pack dry yeast (20 gr)
- 1 coffee spoon sugar
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 30 - 40 gr crushed walnut
- rosemary
- a little poppy seeds
Instructions
Put the yeast, the sugar and the water to a deep bowl. Wait ten minutes for the yeast to rise. After ten minutes add all the other ingredients and knead it. The dough shall be a little loose. Place the dough in a pan. Dress with poppy seeds. Wait for ten more minutes.
Heat the oven to 210 C. Put a bowl of water into the oven so that your breads over crust don't get too hard. After ten minutes put your dough in to the oven and bake for ten minutes in that heat, after that reduce the heat level to 190 C. Bake it at least for 45 minutes. Before taking it out control that the inside has baked properly. Serve with cheese.
Bon Appetite!
