Homemade Pizza
Is there anyone who doesn't like pizza? May be there is, but my family is exactly none of them. If I make pizza everyday no one would object. For me it's easy to do, coming from oven straight to my table, freshly baked. It's nearly having ten out of ten.
Ingredients
For the dough:
- 1 pack dry yeast (20 gr)paket toz maya
- 1 glass lukewarm water
- 1 coffee spoon sugar
- 250gr flour
- 1 table spoon olive ail
For the topping
- 2 sausages
- 50 gr pepperoni slices
- 250 gr mozzarella cheese
- 6 - 7 green olives
- 1 roasted red pepper
- 2 table spoon tomato souce
- 1/2 glass water
Instructions
Before preparing the dough you have to prepare the tomato sauce. Put the tomato sauce and the water into a pan and stir it in low heat until it becomes a little loose. Then let it cool.
For the dough put the dry yeast, water and lukewarm water into a bowl. Let it sit for ten minutes. Then add the olive oil and the flour and make the dough. Then rest the dough until it becomes double size .Meanwhile you can prepare the toppings but first set your oven to 200 C. Cut the sausages and bologna in to small pieces. Grater the cheese. Cut the olives and roasted red peppers.
When your dough is ready spread it with your hands. If you put a little olive oil to your hands it will be easier to spread the dough. Put the tomato sauce over the dough. Then put half the cheese over dough and add the other ingredients and finally put the rest of the cheese over it. Cook it for ten minutes. Your pizza is ready.
