Carrot & Yoghurt Side Dish


Is there a dish that you can eat in every meal? Something that can be brought to table any time? That recipe is something like dish. It is easy to eat and very practical to do. Not having to many ingredients but still very delicious.

Ingredients

- 2 carrots

- 2 table spoons olive oil

- 2 tea spoons of sugar

- 2 garlic cloves

- 100 gr yoghurt

- red pepper

- salt

Instructions

Peel the carrots and grate them with the large part of the grater. Then put first the olive oil, then the carrots to a pan and sprinkle the sugar over them. Put a cap over the pan and open your oven to the lowest heat. Cook them for ten minutes without opening the cap. When cooked leave it to cool. Crush the garlic and put the yoghurt over it, then stir it until it becomes smooth. Then put the cooked carrots and also stir them. For dressing put the red pepper over it.
