Apple With Caramel Sauce
Caramel is my all time favorite. I like it as ice cream, as bon bon and all the desserts it is in. For me apple and caramel is the dream couple. Two flavours that suits each other very well. There is not much to say, you have to try before the apple season ends.
Ingredients
- 3 apples
- 3 table spoons sugar
- 4 table spoons cream
- 1/2 glass water
- for topping honey, ginger
- waffle
Instructions
Peel your apples and clean the center. Put them in a pan and pour the water. Cook for ten to fifteen minutes. While your apples cook put the sugar in another pan and open your oven to mid heat. Choose a high sided pan because when you put the cream it can boil over. Cook the sugar until it's gold brown and liquid. Then with small moves pour the cream. Be careful. Mix it until it becomes soft and silky. Take the apples out of the pan and wait them to cool for two minutes. Then pour the caramel sauce over the apples. Your dessert is ready. You can serve it also with ice cream.
Bon Appetite!
