Humus
I know the importance and value of the main dish. But now and then I look for different kind of foods in different tastes. One of my favorites on the list is humus. While making humus the most important thing to be careful of is that you have to add the ingredients slowly and you have to taste it to get a balanced taste. My ideal recipe here, hope you like it too.
Ingredients
- 300 ml tehina
- 2 lemon juice
- 250 gr chickpeas
- 3 cloves garlic
- olive oil
- chilie flake
- red pepper powder
- cumin
Instructions
Put the chickpeas to water one night before. The other day cook the chickpeas until they are soft. Filter the chickpeas. Peel their pods and pure them with a blender until soft. Add tehina, lemon juice and squezed garlics to the pure and mix them. Add some cumin (one tea spoon) and salt. You can add more cumin to according to your taste. Heat some oil and put the red pepper powder, fry it for a minute. Put the pure in a plate and pour the fried red pepper over it. Sprinkle some chilie flakes over them. Serve with some fried bread.
Bon Appetite!
