Eggplant & Flat Meatballs With Thin Dough
Sometimes you might just enjoy life and get all the tastes of it, that is a recipe that will make you feel so. If you love eggplant as much as I do, you also will like this recipe. It takes a little time to prepare but wait till you taste it. It is surely worth.
Ingredients
(for 3)
- 300 gr minced beef (kuzu ile karışık olması tercih edilir)
- 1 big eggplant
- 3 big tomato
- 1 mid size onion
- 1- 2 thin dough
- 1 sliced bread crumbs
- 1/2 liquid oil
- red pepper
- black pepper
- cumin
- salt
- 3 sticks
Instructions
Peel the eggplant in stripes and slice half centimeter thin. Put the slices in to salted water and rest for ten minutes. Meanwhile grate the onion and filter the onion water. Add the bread crumbs, minced meat and to you taste the red and black pepper, cumin and salt. Mix them together and make hand wide flat meatballs. Take them aside.
Take the eggplant off the water and dry them. With the help of a brush put oil on both size of the eggplants and cook until they are soft. Take aside after cooked.
Cut the tomato's also as thick as the eggplants. Cook them the same as eggplants and take aside.
Cut the thin dough round and this time cook both sides without oil.
As last cook your meatballs.
Now the fun part. You can arrange all the ingredients in your taste. Put every ingredient over another. If you like you can serve with sauce.
