Crispy Zucchini


This is a crispy recipe. It turns an ordinary zucchini to a tasty feast. It's super snack for tea time. It's very practical to make. You can eat with any sauce you like. I prefer crushed garlic with yogurt with fried vegetables. This time I added some basil. Try it.

Ingredients

- 1 mid size zucchini

- 70 gr bread crumbs

- 60 gr corn flour

- 50 gr grated parmesan cheese

- 2 eggs

- liquid oil

Instructions

Mix the parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Beat the eggs. Cut thin slices with a help of a food processor or do it yourself with a knife. You have to make the zucchinies ready before frying. Put the corn flour and bread crumbed parmesan in different large trays. Put the zucchinies first to the corn flour, then to the egg and last to the bread crumbed parmesan and put them to a tray. Heat the oil and fry the zucchinies.

Crushed garlic with yogurt is a nice sauce for these snacks. This time I have put some chopped basil into it. .

You can serve them with this sauce.
