Vegetable Ramen
I love ramen very much since I discovered it. Especially on cold days. But since it is easy to make you can also prefer to make it on hot days. Easy to make, it can be prepared in fifteen to twenty minutes. Hope you like it.
Ingredients
- 1 pack of noodle
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 2 celery stalk
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 table spoon olive oil
- cumin
- red pepper powder
Instructions
Cut all the vegetables into small pieces. Put the olive oil to the pan and add the small cut garlic. Without waiting too long add all the vegetables to the pan and stir until they soften. Add the cumin, salt and red pepper powder. Cook the noodles regarding to the packet instructions. If there is no instructions put the noddle to boiling water and cook for three to four minutes. Take to the bowl with the water and add the cooked vegetables. Your ramen is ready.
