Peach Jam
We have to use the beautiful and rich products of summer. Vegetables and fruits, everything is fresh and delicious. I like to make jam in small amounts to use up quickly without making them sit too much. It feels more delicious. Today I made peach jam for you. Eat with pleasure.
Ingredients
- 4 mid size peaches
- 240 gr sugar
- 6 fresh basil leaves
Instructions
Peel the peaches and cut them into not too small pieces. Add the sugar over them and rest for fifteen minutes. After that put them into a large pot and cook until the peaches turn to an orange color and are shiny. Before you take them from the oven add the chopped fresh basil leaves. Let to cool. Your jam is ready.
